Committee Scope:

The Committee is concerned with advancing economic and financial concepts, methods, and tools that can be applied to the analysis of transportation programs, policies, systems, and infrastructure investment. Key focus areas include the measurement of economic benefits and impacts; financial planning and assessment of infrastructure needs; traditional and alternative funding sources and financing mechanisms; innovations in project financing and delivery; and fiscal management.
